Do I have to book the Tour?

Completely booking the Tour is required, since the guides work under made reservations.
Reservations help us to have a control about the number of people will be with our guides, as the day and time.
Due the weather in some countries, the Tour can suffer changes, with your reservation we are available to inform you about future changes.

*For Travel agency services, please don’t hesitate to contact us before reserving. (groups of 11 or more)

Who are the people who makes the Tours?

We like calling them Guides for Hobby, they are people who has been living in a place becoming a local, they are enthusiastic to share and show you the place that has become their homes.

Always keep in mind that they are not professional guides, but people who want to share with you.

Could the Tour be cancelled for weather?

Totally no! it could happen just in case of a natural disaster.
We recommend you use appropriately clothes depending the weather conditions of where you will be visiting.

Tips : Regardless of the Tour you decide to take, always wear comfortable shoes.

Are the guides kids friendly?

That depends on you, normally the guides do the Tour for people of all ages.

How much to Tip to the guide?

Remember the subscribed people in our platform are not professional guides, it means people joined this platform to share with you their city and experiences.
Guides work under donations, therefore the Tip will depend of how much you love the Tour.

Do the Tours include the tickets to the places of interest?

The Tours do not include any ticket.

Are the Tours available for handicaps?

Yes, If the accompanied being an able-bodied person.

My guide was not there, and now?

ChidoTours apologize about your guide was not there.
How the Terms and Conditions mention, if your Guide cancels or it is no show your Booking Fee will be refunded.
